When Lionel Messi Scored A Weaker Foot Hat-Trick In The Champions League

Lionel Messi once scored a hat-trick with his 'wrong' foot, scoring all three goals against APOEL with his right foot.
There's many records and feats that Messi has managed over his career to date, and he's still creating and breaking more record at 33-years-old.
His achievements will forever be compared to his rival Cristiano Ronaldo, with the pair winning 11 Ballon d'Ors between them and constantly being in the conversation for 'Greatest of All Time.'
One thing he has done that Ronaldo hasn't is scoring a hat-trick only with his 'other' foot. Back in 2014, in a Champions League game with APOEL, Messi scored three times with his right foot.

At the time Messi's first goal, sticking his leg out to diver Rafinha Alcantara's shot into the back of the net, actually broke the record of the most goals scored in the Champions League.
The opener took the Argentina forward to 72 goals in the competition and above Raul on 71. Since then both Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski have overtaken the former Real Madrid striker's mark as well.
Ronaldo has also since overtaken his rival with 134 goals, whilst the Barca forward is on 119, although neither will be adding to their tally's this season.

On Monday night, the Barca forward continued to break records as he became the first player to score 20 goals in 13 La Liga seasons in-a-row.
The 10 time Spanish champion scored an absolute worldie of a goal as Ronald Koeman's side closed the gap at the top of the table with a win over Huesca.
Messi opened, and closed, the scoring in a 4-1 win to go just four points behind Atletico Madrid, after Diego Simeone's side drew 0-0 with Getafe at the weekend.

At the weekend, Cristiano Ronaldo also proved he's still got it, after a week where he'd come in for a lot of criticism for his time at Juventus.
The 36-year-old scored a perfect hat-trick against Cagliari, although he was lucky not to get sent off.
