Ruben Amorim made a bizarre and unfortunate plane-crashing comment on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
The AC Milan boss was in a press conference ahead of the Rossoneri's clash with Lazio and discussing his team.
Unbeaten Milan are currently fifth in Serie A, having taken three points from their opening three games of the new campaign.
Ruben Amorim's unfortunate plane-crashing comment in press conference
In his presser, Amorim tried to make the point that his team needed to use every training session to improve and getter but made an analogy about plane crashes.
In footage which went viral, the Portuguese appeared to quickly realise what he said and the fact his remark came on the 25th anniversary of when four planes were hijacked and crashed in the United States.

Two planes hit the Twin Towers, one hit the Pentagon and another crashed in Pennsylvania. There were close to 3000 deaths.
"We have to get better during every training session," Amorim said.
"It's just like with plane crashes. "That's where you learn... This is not a good comparison."
Amorim had a nervous laugh after seemingly realising what he had said, before adding: "But you understand what I mean. If something goes wrong, we absorb all the information and apply it in training."
One video amassed nearly seven million videos on X. At the time of writing, there has been no statement or response from Amorim or AC Milan.
What else did Ruben Amorim say in his AC Milan press conference?
Amorim is known for delivering soundbites in his press conference, as seen during his turbulent time at Manchester United.
In his latest sit-down with the media in Milan, Amorim discussed his polarising philosophy as well as Cesc Fabregas.
The former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder led Como to the Champions League for the first time in his first managerial debut and received huge plaudits for the way of playing.
Como thrashed RB Leipzig 4-1 in their first ever Champions League game on Thursday but Amorim stressed that his teams will not play in the same manner as he has his own way of doing things.
He stated: “If you want a team that plays like Como, you need to buy the manager of Como. I'm completely different, I have my style of play and identity. We are in different clubs.
"I'm not focused on how Como is playing, I'm focused on how to win games and play in the way that I feel that is the right way of playing.
"Of course I want to steal a lot of things from a lot of managers, but I don't copy managers.”

Amorim also confirmed that USMNT international Christian Pulisic will finally see some minutes at the Stadio Olimpico after failing to take to the pitch under Amorim so far.
“You're going to see Pulisic tomorrow," he admitted.
"He's going to play some minutes now. I like Pulisic. Pulisic is upset at the moment, because he has zero minutes, and I love that. He's ready to play. Let's not forget that he had an injury.
Amorim added that Pulisic is "really important" for the team.
