Jurgen Klopp brought up darts sensation Luke Littler when praising his Liverpool youngsters.
Last Sunday, products of Liverpool’s academy drew plaudits as they helped the Reds clinch the Carabao Cup by beating Chelsea in the final at Wembley.
On Wednesday night, Klopp gave his youngsters another chance to impress as Liverpool welcomed Championship side Southampton to Anfield in the FA Cup.
A brace from Jayden Danns plus a goal from Lewis Koumas sealed a 3-0 win for the hosts.

Speaking after the match, Klopp was full of praise for his young stars and compared them to Littler, who has taken the darting world by storm.
He said: “It is a little bit like the new darts sensation, it is fine for tonight. Tomorrow, leave the boys in the corner.”
On Danns, Klopp added: “Everyone who is with us, we should have our moments, they will have more moments than we expect. Exceptional talents, of course it is not natural that a boy aged 18 is as calm as you like.
“The second goal, calm as you like, he saw when Conor (Bradley) shot that the goalie cannot take it. Don't forget it when the transfer window opens, don't (ask for) 12 signings!”

With the likes of Mohamed Salah, Dominik Szoboszlai, Darwin Nunez and Wataru Endo all facing a race to be fit for this weekend’s Premier League match against Nottingham Forest, the youngsters could set to be given more game time in the near future.
Expressing his delight after scoring his first senior goals, Danns said: “It's a dream come true.
“I’ve supported the club since I was young, since birth, so to come on and score at the Kop end - it's unreal. It doesn't feel real to me. It feels like I'm in a movie. I don't think I'll sleep tonight.”

He added: “I couldn't be happier today. Today is the best day of my life. In the Carabao Cup final I had a couple of opportunities to score, so I came into today thinking 'bury the next one'.
“I couldn't describe it [what it feels like to celebrate in front of the Kop]. It is a dream come true. The first thing I thought was to slide on my knees. It was an unbelievable experience.”
