Manchester United were defeated 3-1 by PSG on Wednesday night, with many fans blaming manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for not making substitutions quickly enough during the game.
In particular, supporters were urging the Norwegian to take off midfielder Fred after a first half that had seen him given a yellow card for a headbut on Leandro Paredes.
However, Solskjaer didn't bring off the Brazilian, and Fred went on to be sent off in the second half as PSG scored twice in the second half to come away with the victory.

It has now emerged that Bruno Fernandes was practically begging Solskjaer to make a change - albeit once the Red Devils were already 2-1 behind.
The Portuguese can be heard shouting at his coach, and signalling with his hands in a way that appears to be asking for a substitution.
Solskjaer waited until the 74th minute to make a change, taking Marcus Rashford off for Paul Pogba. Donny Van De Beek and Mason Greenwood came on for Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial on 79 minutes, before Odion Ighalo replaced Aaron Wan-Bissaka with just moments left in the game.

Many pointed out that this wasn't enough from Solskjaer, and were worried that it means the club favourite doesn't have what it takes when it comes to game management.
