Boxing legend Mike Tyson has appeared on The Secretary Kennedy Podcast to urge the US Government to heed his advice on one key component of modern-day life that is 'killing young people'.
Once ruling the boxing world with an iron fist as the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, Mike Tyson was much more than the bruiser tag that he is so often associated with.
The famed athlete was as fit as a fiddle in his heyday, and he often credits his strict diet for the levels of fitness and health that he maintains.
But despite flipping between being a vegan and picking meat back up to prevent certain health risks, Tyson has now urged the US Government to act on its laws and legislation around food.

Particularly, he credits processed food as one of the biggest killers of young people.
Mike Tyson says processed food will kill us
Appearing on The Secretary Kennedy Podcast with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Mike Tyson recalled how he might not be throwing literal punches until his next bout with Floyd Mayweather, but he is still fighting out of the ring. Fighting for a 'healthier America'.
And it all starts with cutting down on processed food.
The un-retired boxer claims that ultra-processed food leads to obesity and even Cancer, with
"Two of my friends both died, 48, 50 years old, cancer. It's living wild lives, drinking, not taking care of themselves, and there's processed [food]. It's going to kill us, ultra-processed [food]."
"Real food is the only way to go."

He's not the only person to advocate leaving some of the more common food and drink items in our fridges, as Cristiano Ronaldo's private chef swore the footballer off milk.
So, what's the solution? Well, Tyson admits that there's no way of 'stopping' processed food, but there needs to be more official channels that educate people against eating it, and subsequently, how to eat 'good food'.
'We need mentors', Tyson tells Secretary Kennedy
According to the semi-active Boxer, there needs to be more 'mentors' to reverse the stigma of 'vanity' to ensure that taking care of your health and appearance isn't done for show, but rather to extend life expectancy.
"Hey, listen. We need more mentors. You know, they need mentors and show them how to eat, have proper diets, and take care of themselves," he said.
"There’s no solution to stopping it. Everybody’s going to eat some of it. But if you’re going to eat [processed food], try some moderation.
"Sometimes we need a little vanity to, you know, take care of ourselves, and have more self-love. That’s what it all comes down to, about how you care about your appearance.
“Have some pride to take care of yourself, and have some dignity to leave that ultra-processed food alone."
Mike Tyson has been radicalising his own routines lately, prior to his Jake Paul fight, swearing off two massive parts of his life and diet to stay in peak physical condition.
