Eliaquim Mangala Sneaks Into Title Celebrations And Collects His Medal, Despite Being On Loan At Everton

He may be currently out on loan at fellow Premier League side Everton, but defender Eliaquim Mangala has shamelessly turned up at Manchester City's title parade to collect a winners medal.

Mangala played a handful of games at the start of the 2017/18 season, thus qualifying for a winners medal.

That being said, nobody expected to see the French centre-back pull on the blue jersey on Saturday afternoon, celebrating with the likes of Vincent Kompany and David Silva in quite a surreal moment.

You need to see it to believe it.

The 27-year-old was shipped out on loan to Everton back in February after Laporte was signed just days before, but the defender has only made two appearance since his move to Goodison Park after suffering a long term injury.

Mangala clearly doesn't give a toss about turning up and celebrating the title win though, and plenty on Twitter picked up on his cheeky appearance.

Here's how the majority reacted on Twitter this afternoon

Only he could rock up and collect his medal while on loan at Everton.

Never change, Eliaquim.
