When Deontay Wilder Flew Out To LA And Destroyed An Internet Troll For His Vile Abuse

"One thing I don’t condone is racism and he brought racism to the table," Deontay Wilder said after his encounter with Charlie Zelenoff.

Deontay Wilder manhandled internet troll Charlie Zelenoff in 2014 after claiming he suffered years of vile abuse on social media and racism.

The former WBC champ, 34, agreed to meet up with the self-proclaimed 'unbeatable' boxer in Hollywood Boxing Gym in LA and had the sole intention of teaching him a lesson.

Wilder had previously claimed that Zelenoff racially abused him and made sickening comments about his daughter Naieya, who suffers from the spine-related condition of spina bifida.

The undefeated KO artist, who had beaten Malik Scott to move to a 31-0 record at the time, was not messing around when it came to dealing with his troll.

According to reports at the time, Zelenoff had to sign a legal waiver so that he couldn't sue for any damages.

Zelenoff tried to throw a wild right hand at Wilder before darting away from him, but that wasn't enough to save him from the fight.

The 'Bronze Bomber' wasted no time in catching up to his opponent and floored him twice with absolute ease.

And Zelenoff was lucky to escape the fight without being on the receiving end of one of Wilder's ferocious knockout punches, mainly for how the American star's entourage tried to calm him down.

However, Wilder could be heard yelling at Zelenoff and made it clear that he wouldn't deal with racism or sickening abuse towards his daughter.

He shouted: "Don't you ever call me a n****r again.

"Don't you ever say you're going to tape my daughter."

Wilder opened up about the incident later on and said that the line had been crossed with Zelenoff's abuse.

"You can be a critic and say certain things, but there's a limit," he told ESNews.

"He took it to a whole 'nother level. One thing I don't condone is racism and he brought racism to the table.

"He [talked about] duct taping my daughter's mouth and when he said that I visualised him actually doing it and it upset me.

"And then he said he's gonna kill me, murder me.

"Those three things, man, I was overboard. When it's like that, I wanna see you."
