White added that he doesn't care "if my name’s on a piece of paper or contract" and that he is involved because both Turki Alalshikh and Netlix wanted him to be.

Dana White reveals Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua has already made history
White had been keen for the fight to take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City but was unable to get his wish.
Instead, the between two former British world heavyweight champions will take place on UK home soil and demand for tickets was almost unprecedented, with half a million people in the queue.
£80 was the price for the very cheapest tickets and the event is effectively a sell-out according to White, who predicts that it will be a record gate for British boxing by some distance.
"I think there's less than 700 tickets left," White told Sky Sports.
"You can consider this thing a sellout already. There were over 500,000 people in the [ticket] queue. Incredible. But for our generation, two of the biggest, most famous heavyweights in boxing.
"And not even arguable it's the biggest UK fight ever between two British heavyweights.
"Definitely. It will. I don't want to mis-speak here but we have this thing scaled for around $34 million [£26 million]."
The current gate record for a British boxing bout stands at £14 million and also involved Joshua, with that figure amassed in his 2024 defeat to Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium.
The final fight on the podium was Fury's defeat of Dillian Whyte at Wembley two years earlier.
In world boxing though, the fight is still short of the $70 million Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao produced back in 2015 when they met in Las Vegas.
