Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury: What time does the main event start?

Jake Paul takes on Tommy Fury in an eagerly anticipated bout in Saudi Arabia.

After being rescheduled a third time, Fury and Youtuber-turned-boxer Paul will finally be able to settle their long-standing beef in Diriyah this evening.

Fury, who is the younger brother of lineal and WBC heavyweight champion Tyson, enters the bout with eight wins from his eight fights, which include four knockouts.

Meanwhile, Paul, who first found fame as a Disney star and Youtube sensation, turned his attention to boxing in 2018 and has since put together a record of 6-0, with four KOs.

The Problem Child’s first few fights did not pose much of a challenge, but his recent wins over former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley and ex-UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva caused a stir in the combat sports world.

While the fight is very much a grudge match, it has been given additional credibility with the news that the winner will receive a top 40 cruiserweight ranking with the WBC.

The WBC cruiserweight world championship will also be decided the same evening, with Ilunga Makabu taking on reigning champion Badou Jack on the undercard.

Here is everything you need to know about tonight’s Fury versus Paul.

When is Tommy Fury vs Jake Paul?

The fight takes place in Saudi Arabia on February 26, with the undercard getting underway at 6:30pm GMT.

The main event is due to take place at 9:30pm GMT, and will be broadcast in the UK on BT Sport Box Office, with the price having been confirmed at £19.95.

Indeed, at present the Fury vs Paul undercard is:

Ilunga Makabu vs Badou Jack – for WBC cruiserweight title

Bader Samreen vs Viorel Simion

Muhsin Cason vs Taryel Jafarov

Ziyad Almaayouf vs Janos Penzes

Adam Saleh vs Stuart Kellogg

The undercard is subject to change.
