When Floyd Mayweather Genuinely Broke The Big Show's Nose At WWE No Way Out
Floyd Mayweather broke the Big Show's nose during a WWE event and the 7ft wrestling star requested the boxer to rearrange his face.
'Money' is set to battle with YouTube star Logan Paul next year in a 'super exhibition' boxing bout, but it isn't the first time he's taken a crazy match.
Mayweather and the Big Show first crossed paths in 2008 at WWE No Way Out, before meeting in a no holds barred clash at WrestleMania 24.
To set up their match, they met in the ring at No Way Out the month prior. The Big Show knew he had to drum up interest to capture the audience's attention and get them tuned into their showdown at WrestleMania.
The Big Show - real name Paul Wright - went to extreme lengths to build an angle. He told Mayweather to break his own nose to create buzz that night. He revealed that the stunt went according to plan.
"I told Floyd to break my nose. If he didn't do something huge that night, our angle was dead in the water," he said.
"It's just the size disparity, I was trying to do something different than a normal wrestling angle, so this is an opportunity with a trained professional, who I trusted, and is one of the greatest fighters who ever boxed (to do something special).

"I'd spent a whole year messing around the ring boxing, so I knew he knew how to break my nose without shoving it through the back of my head. It was a left hook, it was awesome.
"There's a way he could have broken my nose that would have sprayed it all over my face, I mean, I can do that. I can hit someone in the nose and spread it all over their face - Floyd did it and it was fine," he added.
"I told him when you do that, make sure you run. Because they'll be about five or ten seconds that I won't be in my right frame of mind.
"I'm human, when that blood hits the back of your throat, you're pissed."
After the professional fighter left him with a bloody nose, they met again at WrestleMania where Mayweather ensured his undefeated streak extended into the scripted sporting world, putting Show down for the count with a brass knuckles assisted shot to the jaw.
Mayweather would return to WWE in 2009 to guest host an episode of Monday Night RAW.
