UFC legend Daniel Cormier believes Israel Adesanya out-strikes every UFC heavyweight except for Francis Ngannou.

A move up to light-heavyweight has been mooted and a jump all the way to heavyweight has also been discussed by the UFC superstar.
And if Adesanya did indeed campaign at heavyweight, then Cormier reckons he has the striking ability to become a problem for every heavyweight on the roster other than Ngannou.

Speaking to Helen Yee Sports, he said: "Adesanya, if he can keep this fight [against Jones] standing, which he has proven he can do, is a problem for not only Jon Jones but all the way up to heavyweight to Stipe Miocic.
"If [they] have to stand with Israel Adesanya from heavyweight down to middleweight it's a problem because he is that good in that one particular skill, the striking."
'DC' added: "He [Adesanya] is that good at striking and now he is striking with four ounce gloves.

"He is a dangerous guy, he is a dangerous guy for everybody. Maybe not Francis.
"Francis is knocking people's heads off, so maybe not Francis, but all the rest of the heavyweights got their hands full with Adesanya."
Adesanya skipping the light-heavyweight division for the big boys likely won't happen next, but it's certainly an idea he has flirted with after becoming a dominant champion at middleweight.

Though UFC president Dana White likes Jones vs. Adesanya following their social media beef.
