Wrexham are reportedly interested in signing a Liverpool player after the Premier League champions agreed a £40 million deal.
Backed by Hollywood duo Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, Wrexham are preparing for life in the Championship after securing three promotions in a row.
So far this summer, the Red Dragons have signed forward Ryan Hardie from Plymouth Argyle.

Looking ahead, Wrexham continue to be linked with a host of different players.
Recently, it has been claimed that a Liverpool youngster has caught the Welsh club's attention.
As reported by Liverpool.com, Wrexham are interested in signing full-back Owen Beck on a season-long loan.

Beck, 22, impressed at Blackburn Rovers last season and is likely to be loaned out again to gain further experience.
Back in 2024, then-Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said of Beck: "We were always pretty positive about Owen, but then he had two really difficult loan spells [at Famalicao and Bolton]."
It has been suggested that Beck's move to Wrexham could happen on the back of Liverpool agreeing a £40 million move for Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez.

Hungarian Kerkez is seen as the natural replacement for Andy Robertson, who has been linked with a move away from Anfield, with La Liga giants Atletico Madrid interested.
During a breakout season in the Premier League, Kerkez, 21, played all 38 matches, scoring six times and assisting a further two goals.
Taking to social media, The Athletic's David Ornstein stated that Kerkez will undergo his Liverpool medical on Monday.
He wrote on social media: "Milos Kerkez set to fly into UK from Belgrade & undergo medical today ahead of completing transfer from Bournemouth to Liverpool. 21yo #AFCB left-back joining #LFC for ~£40m & Hungary international expected to sign 5yr contract at Anfield."
