Both Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua are set to earn a significant sum from their blockbuster fight, which will be streamed live on Netflix.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer is set to fight the former two-time heavyweight champion on Friday at the Kaseya Center in Miami.
Paul has a 12-1 record since turning professional five years ago, but Joshua represents a far more formidable opponent than anyone he has previously faced.
In 2024, Paul fought former undisputed heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson, 58, and won via unanimous decision.
That bout, which was also streamed on Netflix, proved to be a huge commercial success, drawing 65 million concurrent viewers and becoming the most-streamed sporting event in history.
It also saw Tyson take home $20 million, while Paul walked away with twice that amount, earning $40 million.

Ahead of the fight's announcement in November, the Daily Mail reported: “Sources tell us that a gargantuan prize pot of around £140m [$184m] has been mooted."
They added that the purse was expected to be split equally between the two fighters.
However, Paul later took to social media claiming he is set to earn far more than that.
On X, he wrote: “Stop asking me. $267 Million," which is roughly £200m.
Regardless of how much the two fighters ultimately pocket, the bout is expected to be record-breaking from a financial perspective.
Sports accountant Oriana Morrison told The Independent: “Even if the lower figure – the rumoured $184m purse – is true, AJ could bring home $92m [£70m].
"We haven’t seen a boxing match with a purse at this level since Mayweather vs Pacquiao in 2015 or even Mayweather vs McGregor in 2017.
"It’s higher than any Saudi purse to date.”
Anthony Joshua (Image: Getty) Despite the enormous prize money on offer, it is widely expected that Joshua will easily defeat Paul.
Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn admitted they have "no real defence" of the fight, but said it was impossible to turn down one of the biggest paydays of the Briton's boxing career.
Hearn added that the plan is "to knock Jake out asap," with hopes Joshua will then face Tyson Fury next year in a blockbuster all-British clash.
Meanwhile, Paul has remained defiant about his chances since the fight was announced.
Speaking at a public workout, the American said: "One of us is going to sleep - that's what we're going to do here. That's what this heavyweight fight is all about.
"I started my boxing journey here in Miami.
"We're bringing it back and I'm going to shock the world and pull off the biggest upset in sports history."
