Chiz Egbuziem was preparing for a bench press in the gym when she saw former world champion Joshua making his way past the machine.

'AJ' gave her a look, a smile and said: "Get them weights in girl," as he went out of camera shot.

The 22-year-old smiled back and captioned her post: "I crumbled girls I crumbled," with a crying emoji to boot.

Fans have reacted to the footage and they've admitted they'd all do the same.

One commented: "Omg I would've passed out."

Another put: "Tbf I'm impressed you lived to tell the tale."

A third said: "Am I the only one who can't work out what he's saying?"

While someone summed it up with: "How does it feel to live my dream?"

Joshua last fought in September and he lost his WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles to Oleksandr Usyk.

The two are set to do battle again later this year and promoter Eddie Hearn believes it'll be coming in May or June.

Last year's clash was at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but Hearn has confirmed the Middle East is an option this time.

"I’ve just come back from the Middle East," Hearn said during an appearance on The DAZN Boxing Show.

"We’ve had numerous meetings with different countries in the Middle East to stage that fight.

"Had a call with Daniel Levy from Tottenham which was where the first fight was at, they really want to bring the rematch back there, I love the idea of that as well.

"Egis Klymas [Usyk's manager] and Oleksandr Usyk are actually in the UK this week so we’re going to sit down with them and just talk through everything."

Elsewhere in the heavyweight division, Tyson Fury is set to do battle with Dillian Whyte.
