Matt Hardy has hailed WWE's signing of Jeremy Borash, who he calls "the glue that held TNA together".

The 43-year old, who served in multiple roles during his time with TNA, was heavily involved in the production of Hardy's 'Broken' schtick, which involved several wacky matches and segments being filmed at his 'Hardy Compound' in North Carolina.

As per, PWInsider, Borash will be working behind the scenes under Triple H in the NXT brand, but the same outlet say that he was on set for the filming of "The Ultimate Deletion" match between the Woken one and Bray Wyatt.

Talking about the capture of Borash, Hardy said:

"Personally I am very glad that Jeremy Borash is here in WWE. He's got a great mind; a very creative person, a good friend of mine and he just deserves to work here.

"Coming to the WWE often validates your career in the business and he was kind of the glue that was keeping TNA together in many, many ways over the years.

"The fact that he's here and actually hired by Triple H, and his role is to be an important part of NXT, I am very happy he's got the opportunity. It's something he's deserving of."

As well as being a sold in-ring worker in his glittering career in the business, Hardy has proved to be a very adept creative mind and he feels he would be even better suited to a role behind the scenes helping talents when he does finally hang up his wrestling boots.

"I have no idea when the expiration on my body is," he quipped.

"I've been doing this for 26 years so I certainly have a lot more going on in the rear view mirror than going ahead.

"But I love the art of professional wrestling/sports entertainment and I would like to contribute to the other side of things. Actually, I think I might be even more beneficial on that side when it's all said and done."
