John Cena left former NFL star Shannon Sharpe baffled when he revealed his form of meditation involves driving around for hundreds of miles.
The WWE legend, who has successfully transitioned into Hollywood, is always on the go - even after retiring from professional wrestling back in December.
The 17-time world champion has made sporadic appearances for WWE in recent times but is focusing on his career on the big screen - his latest film role coming in 'Little Brother' on Netflix.
With such an intense schedule, one might wonder what Cena does to relax in the event he gets a rare bit of down-time.

“I’m a huge car guy so when I get to drive it’s kind of my chance to meditate, I always try to drive something manual with a stick shift and I always just listen to the car.
“I had one rare day off, I drove around the state of Florida just for sh**s and giggles, I did 880 miles, I left my house in Tampa went to Orlando went around the thumb went back up went back down, and as soon as I pulled in my garage I’m like, 'Woah, 880 miles, not too bad'.
Sharpe was stunned by Cena's admission and followed up by asking Cena, 'So you just got in the car one day like you know what, I’mma do this?'.
The Peacemaker star responded: “Yeah I haven’t driven in a while, I haven’t taken a trip in a while, and not once did I turn on the radio, I left at 4:30 in the morning I pulled in my garage at 10:30 at night, stopped for like 3 or 4 coffees on the way, I love little coffee shops."
Sharpe asked if Cena had any conversations or whether he turned his phone off, to which he replied: "At the coffee shops I talked to people but [there was] not one phone call, not one text, phone is in the back seat power off, it’s like my way to meditate.
"So what do I listen to in the car? Nothing, boring, nothing."

Cena recently hit headlines after sharing a new picture which showed off a bald look.

Cena had the treatment under surgeon Dr. Ken Anderson in Atlanta and returned to the clinic for a second phase.
He surprised fans with an image of he and Dr Anderson as he sported a shaved head.

In response, Dr Anderson said: "Always great seeing you, my friend. Your commitment to the process and long-term hair health has made all the difference. I'm grateful for the trust you've placed in me and my team, and honored to continue being part of your journey."
