YouTube star Jake Paul has insisted that he has sent Conor McGregor's team 'proof' of a $50m fight offer he made in his bizarre callout video.

The 23-year-old American has set his sights on facing UFC superstar McGregor after he chalked up his second pro boxing win against former NBA star Nate Robinson in November.

Paul has made his intentions clear of fighting the 'Notorious' as he shared a clip of himself on social media with a $50m cheque addressed to McGregor.

That's not to mention the YouTuber has also taunted McGregor's teammate Dillon Danis and bizarrely launched a water balloon attack on him during an interview.

Now, Paul has claimed that McGregor's team "put their tail between their a**e" after he sent them proof of funds over a big-money fight.

"We're talking to his team," he told TMZ.

"[Conor] looked at my DM on Instagram. But, we're talking to his team.

"When we sent them the proof of funds, they like put their tail between their a**e [...] they're like, 'This little crazy kid ain't playing.'"

McGregor, 32, made his sensational UFC return in January with a stunning 40-second TKO victory over Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.

The Irishman later shocked the world by announcing his retirement from MMA again in June before making a U-turn on his decision.

McGregor is set to return to the octagon on 23rd January 2021 at UFC 257 against Dustin Poirier, who he successfully defeated at UFC 178 in 2014.

Paul hasn't stopped with his callouts of the MMA world and even took a swipe at UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping, who has since responded by saying he would "school" the YouTuber in a fight.

UFC legend Joe Rogan has shown admiration for both Jake and Logan Paul, saying that the brothers are 'legitimately tough.'
