25 Years Ago Today, Happy Gilmore Clashed With Bob Barker In An Epic Brawl At The Pepsi Pro-Am

Happy Gilmore's anger issues tipped him over the edge as he turned on Bob Barker and traded blows with his former celebrity partner at the Pepsi Pro-Am.

Happy's bad temper was something that PR head Virginia Venit tried to help him manage, but not even she could have predicted the fist-to-fist brawl that would erupt at the Pepsi Pro-Am.

The failed ice hockey player partnered up with retired American TV host Barker for the pro-am celebrity tournament.

However, Shooter enlisted the services of a heckler, Donald, to affect Happy's performances.

And what a plan it turned out to be as Donald's various jacka*s insults cut Happy deep as he delivered a woeful performance.

As Happy and Barker slipped to 50th place, the former Price Is Right host launched a scathing attack of his partner's performance and, well, that was the final straw.

The pair entered into a fistfight and Barker delivered repeated punches to Happy's face like a prime Floyd Mayweather.

Barker's final shot sent Happy flying into the pond, but after he managed to climb out, the two continued to trade blows.

It seemed that Happy emerged victorious when he delivered a vicious headbutt on Barker, adding that the "price is wrong, b***h."

However, Barker took a page out of the book of WWE legend The Undertaker and rose up while choking Happy.

Barker's three-punch combination sent Happy to the floor again and the ex-Truth or Consequences host decided to walk away.

When Happy tried to climb back to his feet, Barker quickly returned and delivered a brutal kick to the face to KO Sandler's character.

"Now you've had enough... b***h," Barker said to an unconscious Happy.

Happy suffered more than a savage beating from Barker as he was later fined $25,000 and suspended from the tour for one month.

Sandler and Barker reunited 18 years after their incredible showdown for a hilarious skit as part of Comedy Central's Night of Too Many Stars.

And, well, it's safe to say that there's no love lost between Happy and Barker when they met up again.

Happy vs Barker III? If Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier had three fights, then this is another trilogy we need to see.
