Liverpool are reportedly set to place four players on their transfer list this summer as Arne Slot looks to refresh his squad ahead of the 2026/27 Premier League campaign.
With Mo Salah’s Anfield exit already confirmed, Slot and Liverpool’s football department will be considering their options for who could replace the Egyptian, with Michael Olise, Bradley Barcola and Francisco Conceição among those linked with a move to Anfield.
Last summer, Liverpool lost key players such as Trent Alexander-Arnold, Luis Díaz and Darwin Núñez, with the Reds bringing in several big names including Alexander Isak, Hugo Ekitiké and Florian Wirtz, as well as Jeremie Frimpong and Milos Kerkez.
Of the new signings, only Hugo Ekitiké has really reached the expected level. Isak has struggled with injuries, while Wirtz has failed to truly settle into life in the Premier League.

Despite spending £446 million on seven players last summer, the Reds are expected to freshen up their squad once again this summer.
Meanwhile, according to The Sun, Cody Gakpo, Alexis Mac Allister, Joe Gomez and Federico Chiesa will be made available for sale, while Curtis Jones, Andrew Robertson and Ibrahima Konaté face uncertain futures.

The report also claims that Liverpool have accepted defeat in their attempts to negotiate a new deal to keep the France international at Anfield, with his current contract set to expire this summer, meaning he could leave on a free transfer.
Sporting director Richard Hughes may also leave the club before taking up a role in the Saudi Pro League.
Several players are also on the 2025 Premier League champions’ wishlist, with Brighton’s Carlos Baleba, Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton and Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson attracting interest from the Merseyside club.
Newcastle United winger and former Everton star Anthony Gordon is also seen as a major target, having grown up as a Liverpool supporter despite his links to the blue side of the city.
Liverpool have already signed 20-year-old centre-back Jeremy Jacquet from Lens, with the defender set to link up with his new team-mates ahead of the new season.
Last month, head coach Slot explained how Liverpool’s business this summer will continue to follow the Reds’ trend of signing young players rather than established Premier League stars.
"We have our own model over here, as I said many times, and our model is that we sign young players," Slot said.
"It's normal for younger players that they have to adapt more to the Premier League than if you sign players who have already played in the Premier League, who are 27 and are already at the end of their physical development.
"But it's exactly the reason why we have our model, because we believe that players can get better. This club has shown that we can achieve things, as we did six years ago and last season, with our model."
Liverpool return to action away at Manchester City in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Saturday (4 April).
