Fans have been reacting on social media after Fabrizio Romano dropped a bombshell on the Florian Wirtz transfer saga.
Over the last few weeks, Liverpool have been working around the clock to try and get a deal for Bayer Leverkusen star Wirtz over the line.
On Tuesday night, transfer specialist Romano confirmed that the German is well on his way to becoming a Liverpool player as he gave it his trademark 'Here We Go'.
Taking to social media, he wrote: "EXCLUSIVE: Florian Wirtz to Liverpool, HERE WE GO! Liverpool verbally agree deal in principle with Bayer Leverkusen for package reaching €150m add-ons included.

Reacting to the news, fans have been left stunned by the money Liverpool are willing to pay for the 22-year-old.
One fan joked: "Bayer Leverkusen are laughing all the way to the bank, after all, it's not like Liverpool to overpay on a player."
Another tweeted: "Good player but €150m is insane lmao what on earth."
