Son Heung-min has ended his goal drought with a hat-trick in Tottenham Hotspur's 6-2 win over Leicester City - and two of the goals were simply outrageous.

The 30-year-old hadn't scored in his previous six Premier League appearances and was benched on Saturday evening.

He replaced Richarlison in the 59th minute with the scores at 3-2 and looked like a man with a point to prove. Boy oh boy, did he.

In the 71st minute, he drove at the Foxes backline with conviction and let rip with a curling right-footed effort.

This was only the beginning. Eleven minutes later, Son was in a similar position and shifted the ball onto his left foot.

He found the top corner once again and sent the Tottenham Hotspur stadium wild.

No hay dudas: Heung-min Son ha vuelto.

Four minutes from time, Son galloped in behind and fired home his third and Spurs' sixth which was initially ruled out for an offside.

VAR intervened and ruled Son to be onside thanks to Jonny Evans' outstretched arm. All three of his goals came within 13 minutes of one another and it turned the tide in a competitive game.

Son, who may have been left out for his goal drought, has come off the bench and scored a hat-trick!!! 😲

The South Korea international is also the first man since Steven Naismith in 2015 to score a Premier League hat-trick from the bench.

Leicester took the lead inside six minutes through a Youri Tielemans penalty.

Hugo Lloris saved the first spot kick but it was retaken after he stepped off his goal line. Tielemans made no mistake the second time and fired home with conviction.

Spurs were level two minutes later after Harry Kane got his head on a lovely Dejan Kulusevski cross.

Eric Dier scored his second of the campaign in the 21st minute to put Antonio Conte's men ahead, before James Maddison's volley levelled the scores once again.

Two minutes after the break, a mistake from Wilfried Ndidi allowed Rodrigo Bentancur to stride forward and slot past Danny Ward to restore Spurs' advantage.

Son then entered the fray and ensured Spurs go into the international break still unbeaten in domestic action this season.
