An update on Sean Dyche's future has been delivered after Nottingham Forest's defeat against Leeds United.
On Friday night, there was a huge clash at the bottom half of the Premier League table as Leeds hosted Forest at Elland Road.
In what was billed as a potential relegation six-pointer, Leeds raced to a 3-0 lead thanks to goals from Jayden Bogle, Noah Okafor and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Lorenzo Lucca scored on his Forest debut to make it 3-1 in the 86th minute, but the visitors came away with nothing.

As a result, Forest remain six points ahead of 18th-placed West Ham United, and Leeds moved nine clear of the drop zone.
On the back of another disappointing performance, an update on Dyche's future was delivered.
As reported by BBC senior football correspondent Sami Mokbel, Dyche is 'under increasing pressure'.
It is believed that losing in the manner they did at Elland Road 'will not ease the internal scrutiny on Dyche's performance'.
In addition, BBC sources have indicated that the support for Dyche 'isn't currently as solid as it has been'.

Dyche was appointed back in October 2025 after the sacking of Ange Postecoglou.
Since then, the former Burnley and Everton boss has taken charge of 24 matches, with a record of 10 victories, five draws and nine defeats, which equates to a win rate of 41.67 per cent.
Speaking after the defeat by Leeds, Dyche was far from happy with his team's performance.
He said: "We knew they would have a fast start, we’d made that clear to the players. We weathered that OK.
"We were having our best spell, but then it was a poor goal. That’s very frustrating for me as a manager."
Dyche continued: "We responded somewhat and then they score a second. I said at half-time we've got to rethink. Then we conceded really quickly and the third goal is awful as well. There's no qualms about the result, they were better than us."
Forest will be back in Premier League action on Wednesday night when they take on fellow strugglers Wolverhampton Wanderers at the City Ground.
