Mason Greenwood put in what was described as a 'scandalous' performance during Marseille's 3-0 Ligue 1 defeat to Nantes - and received a 0/10 rating along with the rest of his team.
Greenwood is expected to leave Marseille this summer amid reported interest from a host of European giants, including Juventus and Atletico Madrid.
The French club have slipped out of the Champions League qualification places and now sit seventh after a run of one win in their last six Ligue 1 matches.
On Saturday, they would have been expected to comfortably defeat struggling Nantes, who entered the weekend 10 points off safety.

But they collapsed during eight disastrous second-half minutes, during which Nantes scored all three of their goals.
Ex-Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was hauled off at half-time by manager Habib Beye, who is having to deal with a lengthy injury list at present.
Greenwood and Marseille team-mates slammed
French newspaper La Provence made their feelings clear on the Marseille performance, giving the entire team a collective rating of zero.
They described former Spurs midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg as having 'reverted to a kitten', while fellow midfielder Arthur Vermeeren was said to have had an 'appalling attitude' during the game.
As for Aubameyang, he was noted as having 'completed more passes for Nantes than his teammates'.
But the strongest criticism was reserved for Greenwood, who was described as having put in a 'scandalous' performance - though it was said that he would have deserved half a point 'in other circumstances' for managing to tie his boots.
That last insult appeared to reference the fact that the 24-year-old did appear to carry most of Marseille's attacking threat, recording six shots at the Nantes goal and recording two shots on target.
But that didn't mean he escaped some brutal criticism.
"While players readily invoke the infamous 'professional foul', Greenwood's behaviour on Saturday was undeniably one," the newspaper wrote.

"Scandalous from start to finish, he thought it was okay to walk after his countless turnovers, complain when his teammates didn't pass to him, and act like he was in a circus, attempting unnecessary gestures for his own personal amusement, while his club's financial future was at stake.
"In other circumstances, he might have deserved half a point for at least managing to tie his boots."
Greenwood now hasn't scored for Marseille in his last six appearances.
He previously led the Ligue 1 Golden Boot race with 15 goals, but has since been overtaken by Strasbourg's Joaquin Panichelli (16) and Rennes forward Esteban Lepaul (18).
