Jack Grealish lit up the first Premier League game at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium, registering two assists and being named Player of the Match on his full debut for the Toffees.
Struggling for minutes at Manchester City last season, £100 million man Grealish was made available this summer by Pep Guardiola and signed on loan for Everton.
Grealish came off the bench to make his debut in the 1-0 loss over Leeds at Elland Road on Monday and was handed a start by David Moyes for the historic fixture at the new state-of-the-art stadium on against Brighton.
The 29-year-old is in need of a fine campaign to get himself back in England contention ahead of the 2026 World Cup and he started in superb fashion on Sunday by setting up both goals.

First Grealish danced down the left and provided a perfect pick-out for Iliman Ndiaye to kick off the new era in style in the 23rd minute, before he laid the ball back to James Garner to double the lead with a long-range strike early in the second half.

Grealish's assist tally in one game was more then he managed in the last two seasons at City, where his fitness and form dipped after playing an integral role in the club's historic treble-winning campaign in 2022/23.
What fans said about Jack Grealish's display for Everton
His latest outing was akin to the way Grealish performed at boyhood club Aston Villa, playing with so much freedom and getting Everton fans off the edge of their seats.
