Mo Salah 'Angry' at Liverpool Teammate as 'Enemy in Dressing Room' Revealed

Mohamed Salah has been described as an 'enemy in the dressing room' in a new report.

Mohamed Salah is the 'enemy in the dressing room' and angry at a Liverpool teammate, according to a bombshell report.

Salah was named as a substitute for three games in a row before he issued a seismic post-match interview following Liverpool's 3-3 draw against Leeds United last Saturday.

He was subsequently removed from selection against Inter Milan as the Reds ran out 1-0 winners on Tuesday.

After the game, Jamie Carragher issued an apology after calling him a 'disgrace' on Monday Night Football.

It remains to be seen whether the 33-year-old returns to the Liverpool fold on Saturday when this side resume their Premier League campaign against Brighton.

The game against Brighton will be the last time Salah is available for selection before he departs for the Africa Cup of Nations.

Ahead of Liverpool's Anfield meeting, a report in Germany has described Salah as the 'enemy in the dressing room'.

That's according to BILD, who claim the Egyptian star is 'angry' at Florian Wirtz.

Per the German outlet, Wirtz is 'ushering in a future in which Salah plays no part, sending him into a rage'.

The 22-year-old started against West Ham United, Sunderland and Leeds but was dropped from the starting XI against Inter.

However, Wirtz entered the fray as a second-half substitute and won his team's penalty, which was converted by Dominik Szoboszlai.

BILD also urged Liverpool to sell Salah 'immediately', with Manchester United tipped to make an offer ahead of the transfer window reopening in January.

The report also goes onto state that Arne Slot has 'created a dysfunctional system' following a summer spending of £446.5 million, which included the signings of the aforementioned Wirtz and Alexander Isak from Newcastle United.

Benching Salah three times in a row has been described as an 'open power struggle', with 'which Slot is trying to deflect attention from himself and the lack of success this season', per the report.

Slot enjoyed a stunning debut campaign at Liverpool, winning the Premier League title at the first time of asking.

But he is under serious pressure amid a rough run of results, which has seen his side lose nine times in the last 16 games across all competitions.
