Respected Liverpool journalist James Pearce has delivered a huge update on Curtis Jones' future.
Jones, 25, came through the academy at Liverpool before making his senior debut in 2018.
Since then, the Englishman has made 208 appearances across all competitions for the Reds, scoring 19 goals.
Jones has also lifted two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, the Carabao Cup, the FA Community Shield, and the FIFA Club World Cup.

On Friday evening, shock report emerged linking Jones with a move away from Liverpool.
With just two days left in the January window, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano claimed that Jones could leave Anfield on loan to join Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan.
He wrote on social media: "Inter are in direct club to club talks with Liverpool for Curtis Jones on loan deal with buy option clause.
"Negotiations ongoing but linked to Davide Frattesi exit with #NFFC waiting for an answer. Inter and Liverpool, discussing today."

Inter midfielder Davide Frattesi had been linked with Premier League side Nottingham Forest, with the Serie A giants sounding out Jones as a potential replacement.
However, The Athletic journalist Pearce has since claimed that the reports linking Jones with an imminent exit are 'wide of the mark' and 'nonsense'.
Speaking ahead of Liverpool's Premier League clash against Newcastle United, head coach Arne Slot was asked whether the Reds will be active before the transfer deadline.
He said: "I think you know the answer. The answer is that if we think we’ve addressed a player that can help us and we think it’s possible, then we will do so.
"But those are conversations that take place, not far away from us by the way, but not in this room."
Liverpool have recently been linked with signing a right-back after injuries to Jeremie Frimpong and Conor Bradley. The likes of Jones, Dominik Szoboszlai and Wataru Endo have all had to play at full-back and could be asked to do so again in the coming weeks.
