A fan sat in the ‘loneliest seat’ for the Champions League received the surprise of a lifetime when Barcelona and Spain legend Xavi Hernandez sat next to him.
Forest Robinson travelled 24 hours to attend Paris Saint Germain’s dramatic penalty shoot-out victory over Arsenal at the Puskas Arena in Budapest.
He had entered and won a competition from Heineken and ‘The Padded Seat’ content creator to watch the biggest game in club football in the flesh but was attending the fixture in a ‘solo seat’ high up in the bleachers.
Single seats are present at stadiums all over the world and often the most isolated even if thousands of supporters are nearby.

But after being willing to enjoy the final in his own company, Robinson would end up living a truly unforgettable experience.
Four-time Champions League winner Xavi turned up out of nowhere and revealed a hidden second seat alongside him, the two enjoying a beer in the stands before making their way to Heineken’s Skybox to enjoy the action in style in the company of fellow fans and many footballing legends.

That wasn't all though, as unlikely duo Xavi and Forest were treated to a perfect pitchside view to watch PSG lift the Champions League trophy for the second consecutive season.
The social experiment, part of Heineken's 'Fans Have More Friends' campaign, came after research showed 75% of fans say fandom has helped them meet new people and 82% believe key moments in sport are much more enjoyable when shared with others.
