Jake Paul Responds To KSI Offer And Names His Price To Fight In UK

Jake Paul Responds To KSI Offer And Names His Price To Fight In UK

Jake Paul is due to fight Tommy Fury in August.

Jake Paul has responded to fellow youtuber turned boxer KSI after he offered to lend a hand in preventing another postponement.

Tommy Fury, the brother of the unbeaten heavyweight champion, Tyson has been prevented from flying to the US, putting their much anticipated August bout in jeopardy.

In a bid to make sure the fight goes ahead, KSI took to social media to offer a helping hand.

KSI tweeted: “Clearly your card is dead in the water at this point. So lemme give you a lifeline.

If you TRULY want to fight Tommy, fight on my card as the co main event. I’ve got everything set up for you. Best believe you owe me though. Ball is in your court. #ItsAWinWin @tommytntfury”

And now, Paul has replied to the Brit’s well timed social media jab.

The American said: “I play chess, u play checkers. Ur opponent is repped by me & I know a lot more about ur biz than u would like. Ur not on my level in boxing or the boxing biz. Out of respect for my client, I’ll let u keep chirping away like a canary. You & Fury r both big mouths, w/ small sacks.”

This all comes after Paul accused Fury of deliberately avoiding to go to the embassy to get his visa.

Paul posted a video of him running whilst taunting Fury, urging him to ‘get to the embassy’ in order to make the fight happen. The below video contains strong language. Paul later named his price if the fight is to take place in the UK, it has been said that $15 million is required for that to happen.

Fury has previously pulled out of a scheduled fight with Paul, the bout was set to happen last December but Fury was forced to pull out after a rib injury. Fury's older brother, Tyson has said that Tommy has no hope of being a fighter if he is unable to comfortably dispatch the American YouTube sensation in the boxing ring.

In his boxing career, Fury has had eight fights, and the Englishman has won all eight, four by knock outs. His opponent, Paul, has had five fights in his, also winning all of them, four via knock out.

It is billing up to be a great match up but will it happen in August? Only time will tell.
