The Los Angeles Police Department have issued an update on their investigation into Raja Jackson's attack on wrestler Syko Stu.
Syko Stu - real name Stuart Smith - was attacked by Jackson, who is the son of UFC icon Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson, in an unscripted attack at an independent wrestling event last month.
In the backstage area before the show, Stu struck Jackson in the head with an aluminium can, but quickly apologised and said he believed that his meeting with Jackson was a part of the show.
Later on, at the end of his match, Jackson entered the ring and slammed Stu to the canvas, before the 25-year-old repeatedly struck him in the head with punches.
He was quickly taken to hospital with severe head injuries.

The 44-year-old, an American military veteran, is at home recovering after being released from hospital and an official GoFundMe page, which has passed over $215,000 in donations, has been set up to aid his rehabilitation.
According to TMZ and The New York Times, the LAPD took a police report at the wrestling event after receiving a call after the incident.
It was added that the police department launched an investigation into the incident.
As per the latest report from TMZ, the LAPD are still investigating the incident but no arrests have been made at this stage.
Syko Stu's first words since Raja Jackson attack
In the statement attributed to both Stu and his wife in which his injuries were fully detailed, it was further stated: "He has a long road of recovery ahead, but he remains in good spirits despite everything he has been through.
"We are deeply grateful for all the love and support we've received during this time. Thank you to everyone who has contributed in any way - whether through monetary decisions, food, flowers or gifts. Your kindness means more than words can express.

Jackson has yet to publicly comment on the incident, with his father stating that he was 'very upset that any of this happened'.
"I thought it was a part of the show," he said. "It was bad judgment. As a father, I'm deeply concerned with his health and the well-being of Mr Smith ... my main concern now is that Mr Smith will make a speedy recovery."
Controversial streaming platform Kick, which broadcasted the incident, has also yet to comment. However, Raja has been banned from the platform.
