Colby Covington has showed off an X-ray image of his broken jaw and it makes for grim viewing.
Covington sustained a nasty broken jaw in his fifth round defeat to Kamaru Usman at UFC 245.

Usman landed a devastating shot in the third round to crack Covington's jaw and the scan reveals the full extent of his gnarly injury.
Usman went on to drop Covington twice in the final stanza before securing a stoppage victory with just 50 seconds left on the clock to defend his UFC welterweight title.
Covington was transported to a nearby hospital following his UFC 245 defeat and the fighter has been slapped with a six-month medical suspension.

Covington's former friend and teammate Jorge Masvidal doubts he'll fight again.
"I don't think he comes back," the BMF champion said. "Twenty-four minutes of beating his ass, and then put him out. And that's that."

Masvidal also threatened to break Usman's face and said he's "not skilled" enough for him.
"When I fight Usman, I'm going to break his face," he said. "He can't hang with me, he's too one-dimensional, he's not skilled and he sure as hell ain't tough."
UFC president Dana White is hoping to book a title clash between Usman and Masvidal and called a potential bout "massive".

"It's massive," he said. "The Masvidal fight now versus Usman is a big deal."
Usman's riding a 10-fight UFC win streak while Masvidal's on a three-fight tear which includes victories over Darren Till, Ben Askren and Nate Diaz.
