Blake Lively responds after being trolled by Wrexham owner Ryan Reynolds over Super Bowl appearance

Lively has responded.

Blake Lively has responded after being trolled by her husband Ryan Reynolds over her appearance at Super Bowl LVIII.

The American actress was at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to watch the Kansas City Chiefs win their second consecutive Super Bowl in dramatic fashion, defeating San Francisco 49ers 25-22 with just three seconds left in overtime.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes was named as the Super Bowl MVP after a star performance, while plenty of attention post-match was on Chiefs tight-end Travis Kelce and his partner Taylor Swift.

Swift was present in Vegas and commanded a regular presence on camera throughout the Super Bowl.

She was sat alongside Lively, who married Wrexham co-owner and Hollywood star Reynolds in 2012, while Ice Spice and singer Lana Del Rey were also seated in the same area.

During the half-time show, a trailer aired for Reynolds' newest film, Deadpool 3, which he starred in.

And feigning (or maybe not?) disappointment about not being at the Super Bowl itself, Reynolds took to X (Twitter) to post: "Has everyone seen the #Deadpool trailer? Also has anyone seen my wife?"

Lively has now brilliantly responded to her husband's post - by posting a photo of herself in the exact same spot in front of the TV.

She tagged the post: "Honey, I'm home. My day was good. Yours?"

Reynolds has recently completed filming in the UK for Deadpool 3, which will release in cinemas on July 26.

In a post on Instagram last month, he wrote: "The suit hides blood. Also sweat... But today, with Deadpool wrapping, it's mostly tears.

"A giant and forever thanks to the cast and crew of our film who battled wind, rain, strikes and @thehughjackman... all under the stalwart leadership of @slevydirect.

"I got to make a movie with my closest pals and that doesn't happen very often. See ya July 26th."
