Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has reportedly ruled out a move to two Premier League clubs as his preferred destinations are revealed.

The 24-year-old striker has emerged as one of the top transfer targets for clubs across the world this summer after his 26 goals and four assists in the top flight of Italian football helped guide Napoli to their first Serie A title in 33 years.

Following his stellar performances for Gli Azzurr, the Nigerian international is now being heavily linked with a move to teams such as Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Real Madrid. As powerhouses across Europe search for their solution to the goalscoring dominance Erling Haaland has displayed for first-time Champions League winners, Manchester City.

The player's price tag has reportedly been set at a figure up to £150 million according to Italian outlet Il Mattino, although interested clubs would likely look to lower this price tag if any deal was to be concluded.

Although, the transfer fee might not be the only issue specific clubs will encounter in their pursuit for one of the hottest talents in world football, as former Italy and Napoli midfielder Salvatore Bagni outlines.

Speaking to Tutto Napoli, Bagni said, "Victor Osimhen won’t return to France because he already played there. He doesn’t go to Liverpool or Chelsea because they do not play in the Champions League. Of all the teams associated with him, for me, he would only go to Manchester United and Real Madrid. He’s not interested in the other teams."

Despite the previously mentioned preferences of the player, the Daily Mail states that French giants Paris Saint Germain are preparing an offer for the striker in the region of £130 million. As well as the Ligue 1 side, Chelsea are also rumoured to be preparing the same offer in a bid to secure the goalscoring forward their star studded squad currently lacks, despite Bagni's statement.
