Romania Under 21 goalkeeper Ionut Radu tearfully held up a shirt with his last sister's face after captaining his side to a 4-2 win that knocked England out of the Under 21 European Championship.

In 2006, when Radu was just nine years of age, his 14-year old sister passed away.

When he was young, Radu promised to take her to all the "big stadiums" in the world and the Genoa shot-stopper ensures that his late sibling is always by his side in the form of a t-shirt that he takes with him to every game.
