Real Madrid Fan’s Thread Shows How Important Cristiano Ronaldo Was To Los Blancos

Real Madrid have struggled this season after the loss of Zinedine Zidane and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Los Blancos have sacked former manager Julen Lopetegui and replaced him with Santiago Solari. However, the current Champions League holders have slumped to fifth place in La Liga and are ten points behind league leaders Barcelona.
Juventus signed Ronaldo last summer in a deal worth £99.2m (€112m), which was a worthwhile investment in hindsight.
The Old Lady are at the top of Serie A after 19 matches, with Massimiliano Allegri's men holding an impressive 17 wins and two draws.
That's right, the 33-year-old former Manchester United star has made an immediate impact during his first season in Italy.

In his 19 appearances for the club, he has scored 14 times and remains an integral part of Allegri's plan to capture the Champions League this season.
One Real Madrid fan was well aware of the influence that the five-time Ballon d'Or winner had during his time at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The Twitter user created a thread in July 2018 to highlight Ronaldo's impact at the club -- and it is nothing but the truth in hindsight.
Check it out below.

The 9 seasons he has played with us we managed 811 points, which is an increase of 20%, with 100 points in 11/12 being the highest in one season.
Now let's look at the goals scored, in the 9 seasons prior to his arrival we managed 682 goals.

Under Ronaldo in the 9 seasons he has played for us we managed 960 goals, which is a increase of 40%.
Out of the 960 goals he has scored 32% of the goals and was involved in 36%. pic.twitter.com/ZcJLbUugwj

We have scored 264 goals in the CL since his arrival out of which he scored 105 which means he scored 40% of the goals and was involved in 61% of the goals.
Actually he was involved in 42 % of the goals in the league (correction)

He has played a total of 438 matches for us out of which he only missed 37 matches due to injury.
