Germany beat Portugal 4-2 at the Allianz Arena in what was comfortably the most entertaining game of Euro 2020 so far.
Joachim Low's side desperately needed a victory after losing out to France in their opening fixture and found themselves 1-0 down when Cristiano Ronaldo put Portugal up against the run of play in the 15th minute.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner cleared the ball from a Germany corner and then darted up the pitch at an electric pace to finish off a flowing counter attack that saw Diogo Jota provide him with a tap in.

But the four-time World Cup winners turned it on big time and found themselves 2-1 up at half-time after Ruben Dias and Raphael Guerrero both put through their own net in quick succession.
