Feyenoord beat Excelsior 3-0 at De Kuip but the main talking point was the heartwarming gesture from the traveling away fans.

The hosts opened the scoring in the first-half thanks to a goal from ex-Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie.
Jeremiah St. Juste and Jan-Arie van der Heijden then bagged a second and third in the second-half, securing all three points and their first league win of the new Eredivisie season.
However, the highlight of the game happened in the 19th minute.
As the clock struck the 19 minute mark, Excelsior supporters rained down cuddly toys to the stand below, where children from the Erasmus Sophia Hospital sat to watch the game.
Check out the superb moment below:

Class. Brilliant scenes.

It's not the first time this has happened in the Netherlands.
Ado Den Haag showered children with bears back in 2016. Again to Feyenoord fans.
This is what football is all about.
