Marcus Rashford has been handed a set of 10 strict rules to follow by Hansi Flick after the Manchester United loanee was handed just 33 minutes for his Barcelona debut.
The Englishman made his first appearance for the Catalans in a pre-season friendly against Japanese side Vissel Kobe on Sunday, as Flick's side ran out 3-1 winners due to two late goals.

Rashford was brought on at half-time for Raphinha and registered just one shot on target during his brief cameo before being withdrawn after 78 minutes for youngster Pedro Fernandez Sarmiento, otherwise known as 'Dro', who completed the scoring following goals from Eric Garcia and another new signing in Roony Bardghji.

The match demonstrated just how hard he will need to work to impress Hansi Flick to tie down a starting spot.

He demands punctuality from his players and wants them to arrive for training at 09:30am, which is an hour and a half before it starts.

There is control over the weight and nutrition of the players, with their weight recorded every morning before they eat at the training ground's dining room.

He has also got rid of the economic sanctions which were brought in by his predecessor Xavi.
