Rob McElhenney was forced to correct an interviewer's Tom Brady question ahead of Birmingham vs Wrexham.
On Monday evening NFL icon Brady sees his Birmingham City side take on McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham in League One.
Wrexham have enjoyed back to back promotions under Reynolds and McElhenney’s stewardship in the past two years.

Meanwhile Birmingham endured relegation from the Championship last term, less than a year after the takeover of US investment firm Knighthead, fronted by co-owner Tom Wagner and supported by minority investor Brady.
Relegation has not dimmed the group’s lofty ambitions, however, which include the construction of a new stadium after buying a 60-acre plot of land around a mile from St Andrew’s.
Ahead of Monday’s encounter, which has attracted plenty of intrigue on both sides of the Atlantic, McElhenney admitted he was set to fly directly from the Emmys to Birmingham for the game.

McElhenney said: “After the Emmys I’m hopping off on a plane and going out to Birmingham, England to watch Wrexham play Tom Brady’s team, Birmingham City.”
When asked if he and Brady had “a little side bet going on” for the game, McElhenney replied: “We’re not legally allowed to bet on the games.
“We have fun via social media and what not, but I’ll be joining him and I believe Mr David Beckham will be there as well. We’re just going to have a good time.”

Both camps have fired jocular shots at one another during the build-up to Monday’s game, with Wrexham enlisting the help of Brady’s long-time NFL rival Eli Manning.
In response to a clip of Manning donning a Wrexham shirt, Brady took to X and Instagram with a video featuring one of his Super Bowl trophies. The clip ends with an appeal to McElhenney to “educate the Wrexham fans just a little bit on the history of the NFL?”
