Ruben Amorim has told a Manchester United player that he is free to leave the club this season amid their latest summer transfer business.
United kicked off their Premier League season on Sunday, losing 1-0 to Arsenal at Old Trafford.
It was an encouraging display for Amorim's side, as they had 22 shots on goal compared to Arsenal's nine and dominated possession, but couldn't find an equaliser.

The Portuguese boss brought on new £73.7 million signing Benjamin Sesko to add attacking threat in the second half.
It was Sesko's first competitive appearance for United, with Rasmus Hojlund left out of the squad entirely and Joshua Zirkzee an unused substitute.
Lining up at centre forward from the start was Matheus Cunha, who moved to Old Trafford from Wolves in June.
The apparent conclusion of United's transfer business this summer has led to Amorim making two key decisions, it has been reported.

The first of those will see striker Chido Obi remain with the club for the season, with United deciding that they do not want to loan him out.
Obi played for the U21s in their National League Cup match against Tamworth last week, meaning he can now only represent one club other than United this season.
One player that did not feature in that match, however, was forward Gabriele Biancheri.
The Wales youth international, who was signed from Cardiff City in January 2023, was part of the squad but remained an unused substitute.
According to Football Insider's Pete O'Rourke, United and Amorim are now willing to sanction a loan move for Biancheri after signing three new first team forwards.

The 18-year-old, who is eligible to play for Canada at international level, is highly rated at Old Trafford and scored 25 goals for the academy teams in all competitions last season.
Unnamed League One and League Two clubs are said to be interested in signing Biancheri on loan.
The Welshman has not yet made his senior Manchester United debut but did receive a call-up to train with Amorim's first team in March.
Whether the loan move can help him to push on into the senior setup on a permanent basis remains to be seen.
