Manchester United have aimed a savage dig at Newcastle after announcing the signing of Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.
Sesko has agreed a five-year contract, keeping him at Old Trafford until the summer of 2030.
United have paid Leipzig a reported initial fee of £66.3 million, plus add-ons, for the 22-year-old striker.
Surprisingly, Sesko has yet to receive a shirt number, with United seemingly holding off on that announcement until a later date.

The club fended off interest from Newcastle to land Sesko's signature.
According to Sky Sports reporter Keith Downie, the Magpies launched a bid for the Slovenian that met Leipzig's asking price amid uncertainty over Alexander Isak's future.
However, the striker chose to join Manchester United instead.
And the club appeared to aim a brutal dig at Newcastle with one of their announcement posts.

The post simply read: "It was only ever United."

Speaking to the club's official website after completing his move, Sesko said that United was the 'perfect place' for him.

"The history of Manchester United is obviously very special but what really excites me is the future," he said.
"From the moment that I arrived, I could feel the positive energy and family environment that the club has created.
"I cannot wait to start learning from Ruben and connecting with my team-mates to achieve the success that we all know we are capable of together."
Who will Man Utd sign next?
Sesko has become United's third permanent summer signing, after deals were completed for Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.

Wing-back Diego Leon has also officially joined from Cerro Porteno upon turning 18, with the move having been agreed back in January.
United have been heavily linked with a move for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba as their next summer signing.
According to The Athletic's David Ornstein, Ruben Amorim's side have made contact with Brighton over a potential move.
However, the Seagulls do not want to sell the Cameroon international, and both clubs are said to have acknowledged that a deal for the 21-year-old, who is valued at around £100 million, is unlikely to be agreed.
