Out-of-favour Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho is reportedly willing to make a huge sacrifice to complete a move away from Old Trafford this summer.
Sancho, 25, spent the 2024/25 campaign on loan at Chelsea and helped them secure a fourth-place finish in the Premier League, alongside winning the UEFA Conference League, during which he scored against Real Betis in the final.
But Chelsea decided against making the move permanent and even paid a £5m penalty to send the winger back to his parent club, Man Utd.
And the 25-year-old’s future is still uncertain as the 2025/26 season approaches despite links with several clubs.

On July 31, the Mirror reported that Sancho had been forced to train alone by head coach Ruben Amorim while the rest of the squad took part in the US-based Premier League Summer Series.

However, the Portuguese boss did admit that he may be forced to reintegrate out-of-favour players into his plans if valuations are not matched ahead of the new season.
"Some players have to find a new place to have more space in the team, and other players clearly show they want a new challenge and want new teams," Amorim told reporters in Chicago last week.

"We are just allowing these players to have time to think and to decide. If we reach a point where they have to join the team, they will join the team because they are our players.
"I'm ready to receive the players. They have more competition, more competition if you want to play in the World Cup next year, you need to play.
"So I'm really happy with that because I have more options. If they have to fight each other to play, for me it's perfect."
Marcus Rashford has already moved on - joining Barcelona on a season-long loan - while question marks remain over the futures of Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Tyrell Malacia.

Amorim has welcomed Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford, Matheus Cunha from Wolves, and Paraguayan left Diego Leon from Cerro Porteno, while talks about a move for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko are ongoing.

So, with Sancho’s days seeming numbered at Old Trafford, where will he be playing football come the start of this season?
Well, while the answer remains unclear, German outlet BILD reported on Thursday that Sancho “has already signalled” to Borussia Dortmund that he would be willing to return. But this could come at a huge cost.

The publication claimed that in order for a move to be financially viable that the Englishman may be forced to halve his €16 million (£13.8m) per season salary.
Of course, Dortmund are a familiar club for Sancho, having previously enjoyed two spells at the side, most recently in 2024 when he helped the Germans reach the Champions League final.
