Firstly, Salah has now scored the most goals against Man United in Premier League history with 11, overtaking Alan Shearer's 10.

Secondly, he has now scored six league goals at Old Trafford - the most of any visiting player in the competition's history, overtaking Steven Gerrard's five.

And, finally, the Liverpool star is the first visiting player to score in four consecutive league away games against Man United.

Salah's goal against the Red Devils brought up this 16th league goal of the season - only Ollie Watkins (18) and Erling Haaland (19) have scored more than him.

As for the table, Liverpool miss out on returning to the top of the league as they sit in second place, level on points (71) with Arsenal but behind on goal difference.

Manchester City occupy third place, one point behind their rivals.
