Manchester City secured the FA Cup on Saturday after their victory over Chelsea, and their attention will once again turn to the Premier League; however, this has not stopped their planning for next season, as it appears one of their stars has been ‘offered to’ Real Madrid.
A 1-0 victory over the Blues at Wembley helped Pep Guardiola secure a double, with the EFL Cup already secured earlier in the season as they beat Arsenal in the final.
Man City can still secure the Premier League title this campaign to complete the domestic treble; however, they will have to overcome a two-point deficit to Arsenal with only two games remaining.
The club are already bidding farewell to some significant stars at the end of the season, as John Stones and Bernardo Silva have announced they will be departing the Etihad at the end of their current contracts; however, another player appears to be heading for the exit door if reports in AS Diario are to be believed.

The Spanish outlet are reporting that Josko Gvardiol has been offered to Real Madrid to help strengthen their defensive options.

Jose Mourinho is expected to take over as manager of Real Madrid for next season after he went unbeaten in the Portuguese league this campaign with Benfica.
Los Blancos looked in chaos only last week ahead of El Clasico as Federico Valverde was hospitalised after a fight with Aurelien Tchouameni, while it was also reported six players were not talking to manager Alvaro Arbeloa.
A rebuild is expected at Madrid as they look to solve these issues in the dressing room for Mourinho’s arrival, and Gvardiol is seen as a player that could be part of that.
The Croatian was once the most coveted young defender after his performances for his nation at the 2022 World Cup.
Gvardiol has impressed while at Man City under Guardiola, as he has won a Premier League and a Club World Cup with the team while also being their player of the season in the last campaign.
The 23-year-old has had a difficult season this campaign due to a tibia injury that has kept him sidelined for an extended period. He underwent surgery in January and has yet to return to competitive action.
There is a possibility Gvardiol could miss the World Cup this summer; however, he will be hopeful he can make a return to ensure he features for Croatia in North America.
