Pep Guardiola has said he is 'ashamed' and 'embarrassed' after the Manchester City manager had an altercation with a Sky Sports cameraman following his side's 2-1 defeat to Newcastle on Saturday.
City headed into the match at St James' Park knowing they could close to within one point of leaders Arsenal, who were set to play Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
But it ended up being a nightmare weekend for Guardiola's side, as Newcastle beat them 2-1 before Arsenal then thrashed their north London rivals 4-1.
The results mean that City are now seven points behind the Gunners, and have also dropped behind second-placed Chelsea.

Harvey Barnes netted a brace for Newcastle, either side of Ruben Dias' 61st-minute goal, as Eddie Howe's side picked up a crucial win to take them up to 14th.
Guardiola was incensed after full-time, and confronted both the match officials and Newcastle captain Bruno Guimaraes.
The Spaniard then approached a Sky Sports cameraman, lifting up his headphones before then exchanging words with him. It is not known what Guardiola said.

In his pre-match press conference ahead of City's Champions League clash against Bayer Leverkusen, which kicks off on Tuesday, Guardiola confirmed he has since apologised to the cameraman over the incident.
"I apologised. I feel embarrassed, ashamed when I see it," he said. "I don't like it.
"I apologised after one second to the cameraman. I am who I am. After 1,000 games, I'm not a perfect position. I make huge mistakes. It's not about that.
"What is for sure, I defend any team and my club, that's for sure. The reason why is I want to defend my team and my club. That is no doubt. Because from my experience to win the Premier League we have to do 100 points, 98 points, otherwise we don't win. That's for sure."
