A huge update on Jadon Sancho's future has been delivered after Chelsea's triumph in the UEFA Conference League final.
On Wednesday night, Chelsea were in action at the Stadion Wrocław as they took on La Liga side Real Betis in the UEFA Conference League final.
The Blues had to dig deep but managed to come from 1-0 down to win 4-1, clinching the first trophy of the Enzo Maresca era.

Sancho, 25, was subbed on in the 61st minute and ended up getting on the scoresheet when he netted Chelsea's third goal in the 83rd minute.
With the season now over, all the focus will turn to Sancho's future.
It has been widely reported that Sancho's initial loan deal from Manchester United included a £25 million buy option.

The winger has shown glimpses of what he is capable of since moving to Stamford Bridge at the start of the campaign.
In toal, the Englishman has managed five goals and 10 assists in 41 matches across all competitions.
However, as reported by The Guardian, Chelsea are likely to opt against signing Sancho on a permanent deal.
As a result, it has been claimed that the Blues will have to pay a £5 million penalty in order to send Sancho back to Old Trafford.

The report stated: "There are indications they will opt against taking up their £25m option to turn Jadon Sancho’s loan from Manchester United into a permanent deal.
"Chelsea will have to pay a £5m penalty clause if Sancho, who came off the bench to score against Betis, is sent back to Old Trafford. Maresca likes the former Borussia Dortmund winger but must consider whether the 25-year-old has been consistent enough."

It has been suggested that the likes of Borussia Dortmund star Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and Athletic Club's Nico Williams are two of the names Chelsea are interested in.

Speaking after the match, former Chelsea star Joe Cole urged the Blues to keep hold of Sancho.
He said: "He’s been rotated in and out a bit but I want to see Jadon playing. You want a player like that in your squad. It will come down to a financial decision I imagine but I really like him.
"This is a kid who went to Dortmund and was a superstar as a kid. It wasn’t working at Man United but he’s done well, he’s got his career back on track at Chelsea."
Cole added: "I think there’s more to come from him as well."
