England's squad numbers for the 2026 World Cup have been leaked online prior to the official announcement for the Three Lions.

England's 26-man squad travelling to North America for the showpiece caused a huge stir, with the likes of Phil Foden, Cole Palmer, Harry Maguire, Morgan Gibbs-White, Jarrod Bowen and Lewis Hall all left out.

The Three Lions have jetted out to Florida for a pre-World Cup training campaign before they kick off the tournament against familiar opponents Croatia on June 17.

Their official squad numbers are set to be announced at 3pm but they have already widely circulated in a FIFA document which has all players featured on the list.

Players will sport digits from No.1 to 26, with regular goalkeeper Jordan Pickford taking the first number as expected and Jarell Quansah handed the final squad number.

The numbers appear to hint at what will be Thomas Tuchel's preferred starting XI.

Captain Harry Kane retains the usual No.9, with Jude Bellingham awarded the iconic No.10 once again and Elliot Anderson rewarded with the No.8 which he wears for Nottingham Forest.

Ezri Konza and Nico O'Reilly will wear No.2 and No.3 respectively, with Bukayo Saka and Marcus Rashford looking like England's first-choice wingers with their shirt numbers.
