Gameweek 34 of the Fantasy Premier League season gets underway on Friday night as we take a look at four key players that are likely to do the business for your team.

With UEFA Champions League action providing a few days between the two Gameweeks, Gameweek 34 gets underway with Southampton taking on Leicester City and concludes with Burnley's clash with West Ham United on Monday.

Gameweek 33 saw some popular selections deliver points, with Kelechi Iheanacho leading by example - rewarded with deserved man of the match performances.

It was also a sub-par one for a lot of FPL managers, with some popular assets such as Harry Kane and Son Heung-min not in action, while Bruno Fernandes and Dominic Calvert-Lewin drew blanks.

Whether you are ahead in the league or looking to close the gap, SPORTbible takes a look at some transfer suggestions to consider ahead of the new week - as we close in on the final few weeks of the fantasy football season.

Stuart Dallas (Leeds United)

Price: £5.3m

Points: 148

Stuart Dallas looks like an FPL must-have for the final few games.

The Leeds United midfielder is listed as a defender in FPL, but has hauled big so far this season.

With seven goals and three assists, he's the highest point-scoring FPL defender so far - and with Leeds improving defensively, he offers excellent value in both attack and defence.

Leeds take on Brighton & Hove Albion, Burnley, Southampton and West Bromwich Albion in their last five games - and with a winnable schedule ahead, Dallas looks a solid pick for the run-in.

Jesse Lingard (West Ham United)

Price: £6.7m

Points: 91

In his last 11 games for West Ham, Jesse Lingard has only failed to return in two of them and no player has more points than him in this period.

The Hammers play Burnley in Gameweek 34 and this is no doubt a great fixture for the east London club who are still fighting for Champions League football next season.

Lingard has only failed to return in two games so far this campaign and based on statistics, he has five double-digit hauls with a goal involvement of 59 per cent.

And with Hammers legend Mark Noble not a guaranteed starter anymore, another thing to consider is that Lingard is on penalty duty when he's not on the pitch.

Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United)

Price: £11.5m

Points: 221

In the last five games, Bruno Fernandes has only managed one assist and is trying the patience of FPL managers at the moment.

However, Manchester United play Liverpool this weekend in what should be a high scoring game, especially given the attacking assets of both these teams.

Fernandes' stats over the season show exactly what he is capable of - 11 double-digit hauls with 16 goals and 13 assists - and he is very much the highest-scoring player in the game still.

With that said, it is only a matter of time before the Portuguese midfield maestro returns to his best again and could have a big role to play in this weekend's game.

Son Heung-min (Tottenham Hotspur)

Price: £9.5m

Points: 199

Son Heung-min has surpassed his season-best goal tally in the league and has now managed to score an impressive 15 goals, as well as assisting nine.

Tottenham Hotspur come up against Sheffield United - recently relegated from the Premier League - and the Blades could be in for a very long night.

With them already preparing for life in the Championship next season, the Blades will do well to keep a fully-fit Son and Kane at bay for 90 minutes.

Son now has two goals in his last three games and seems to have found his shooting boots again after seven games without a goal.
