Anthony Joshua v Tyson Fury could be cancelled if one of Turki Alalshikh's bizarre demands is not met ahead of the blockbuster bout.
On July 25, British boxing legend Joshua will make his highly-anticipated return to the boxing ring in a bout with Albanian heavyweight Kristian Prenga in Riyadh.
The fight will be AJ's first since he was involved in a devastating car crash in Nigeria that led to the tragic deaths of Sina Ghami and Latif "Latz" Ayodele, his close friends and teammates.
Although it remains to be seen how Joshua performs following the traumatic experience, it is widely expected that the fight with Prenga will be a warm-up for his long-awaited showdown with British rival Fury.

Joshua himself confirmed that the deal was for multiple fights while promoter Eddie Hearn confirmed a deal to face Fury has been signed, reportedly taking place in November and to be shown on Netflix.
However, it's now been reported that the current plans for the fight could be contingent on pop superstar Dua Lipa being a part of the show.
The London-born artist is undoubtedly one of the biggest musicians to come out of the UK and having her perform at the biggest British fight of all time would certainly add something special to the event.
As it stands, it is not certain when or where exactly Joshua v Fury will take place, but it is widely expected that it will be in the UK in the winter, making the prospect of Dua Lipa performing appear more likely.
It has also been suggested that the deal will see the pair face off on two occasions.
“It’s no secret I’ve taken some time to consolidate and rebuild to be ready for stepping back into the ring and this is the next step on that journey,” Joshua said once the fight was confirmed.
“I’m looking forward to competing and picking up where I left off. As I said. The landlord will collect his rent. That is certain.”
Joshua’s last bout was a sixth round knockout of YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in Miami in December having come back from an elbow surgery and shoulder injury following his fifth round TKO loss to Daniel Dubois in September 2024.
