The 49-year-old musician was joined by comedian Kevin Hart on NBC Universal's streaming service Peacock in a bid to provide the public with some updates on proceedings at the Olympic games in Japan.
To start things off, Dogg and Hart had viewers in hysterics when they commentated over the Equestrian event. "This horse is off the chain!" Snoop says. "I've got to get this m-er in a video. M-er was off the chain. I need that."
In the viral clip, Snoop Dogg also points out that the horse is "crip-walking, cuz" before asking whether Hart had seen it. The Hollywood actor then replies: "Horse Crip-walking is officially in the Olympics." Who would have thought it?
Hart has since posted the clip on his Instagram, saying: "Man when I tell y'all that Snoop Dogg kills me daily on our show "Olympic Highlights" on Peacock TV.
"The world of broadcasting just got different damn it. We are loving this shit!"
Of course, this isn't the first time Snoop Dogg has commentated over a sporting event.
Last year, the American rapper proved he was an all-time great boxing commentator as he watched Jake Paul's brutal knockout of Nate Robinson.
The YouTuber took out ex-NBA player Robinson on the undercard of Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr and instead of any boring, generic commentary, we had Snoop singing hymns as Robinson tried to haul himself up from the canvas.
"Ohhh my GAWD!" yelled Snoop, speaking for a nation. "Lord have mercy! Oh Jesus!"
