A former WWE superstar has made millions from OnlyFans after being given the boot from the wrestling company over the content she was posting online.
A bodybuilding and and fitness competitor, Mandy Rose signed with WWE in 2015 after coming second on the 'Tough Enough' reality show.
Rose, real name Amanda Saccomanno, was on WWE's main roster for around four years before dropping down to the NXT developmental brand and holding the NXT women's championship for 413 days.
In December 2022, a day after losing the title to Roxanne Perez, she was released from WWE because of the "explicit" posts on FanTime, a similar platform to OnlyFans.

Rose was reportedly making more money from FanTime than her actual WWE contract and as per Fightful, WWE were put in a "tough position".
After her departure, Rose continued to post on FanTime - who confirmed she made a whopping $1 million by the end of the month following her release.

Rose, who is married to former WWE superstar Tino Sabbatelli, proceeded to switch to OnlyFans in a hugely successful career decision which saw him make an astronomical amount of money.
“Within three months, I got my earnings check, and I was blown away because it was basically what I make in a year from WWE," she said on her Power Alphas podcast.
"The bonus check alone was what I made as my WWE annual salary. This was all without any kind of promotion on social media. In my eyes, I didn’t really think anything was wrong with what I was doing. It wasn’t like it was anything bad. It’s just where the world is right now and where it’s going. I had to scratch my head for a second. I’m like, this is kind of crazy. It’s almost like, am I underpaid? Or is this just so lucrative? Is this the future? Is this what I’m missing out on? So you guys know the rest of the story, what happened. But it was then I realized, I don’t know, I can control my content on my terms, when I want and how I want, and I was like, this is kind of interesting.”
The situation with Rose, coupled with her appearance, saw her rake in some subscribers. OnlyFans, where her subscriptions cost $7.99 and she has 561,000 likes across 684 posts, is her primary income and she is now making ten times her previous wage without being slammed to the canvas.
She continued: "My life changed. I went from grinding 300-plus days out of the year, falling on my back, to basically 10-xing my money in one year. I wake up when I want, do what I want, and I don’t have to take bumps or be on the road for 300-plus days, and I basically make ten times the amount of money that I made in WWE in one year. That’s crazy.”
On Instagram, Rose is extremely active and regularly posts bikini selfies for her 3.3 million followers.
Wrestlers have had huge success on OnlyFans
Current WWE star Jordynne Grace was a huge hit on OnlyFans and made millions before she penned a deal with the sports entertainment giant, according to Fightful.
Her account with the adult platform was subsequently removed in line with company policy and she penned a five-year contract with WWE, debuting in the 2025 Royal Rumble.
Meanwhile, former NXT star Cora Jade has also followed in Rose' footsteps and made astronomical money from OnlyFans.
Though she has continued wrestling on the independent scene, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter claimed in July that Jade, now going by Elayna Black, outearned all female wrestlers on OnlyFans after taking a leaf out of Rose' book.
“I know she was talking to somebody who I know, and she has probably made more money last month than any woman pro wrestler in the world, probably by a lot, because of OnlyFans," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio.
"Mandy Rose set the template. And you know, if you’ve got the right look, you can do OnlyFans coming off of a WWE run. And not everyone can do it, obviously, but some can. I mean, "Mandy Rose is incredibly rich from that, and it’s the new thing, and more people are going to do it.
